  • I began with a pneumatic impact without success then I broke this 1/2 in. drive wrench then I try with a 3/4 in. drive ratchet still without success. I have heated it up with a torch and then using a long socket with a pipe wrench over it and the impact and it never gave up. I have then decided to cut it with a zip cut on two sides of the stud and then I was able to puch it with a heavy hammer then it moves very slowly. The treads of the stud have not been touched in the process.
